Jay is a man of less words and full of action. Known for his soft-spoken approach, contrary to the construction industry, he believes aggression should be demonstrated in actions, not words.
He is the mind behind IE’s Slow, Steady and consistent philosophy. He comes with a versatile experience across all sectors. In the industry for 15 years and worked with organisations like C&W and JLL, Jay’s expertise lies in vendor management, construction management and value-for-money solutions. Well-connected with vendors in the industry, Jay is proud of his resourcefulness and mobilisation of resources during the critical phase of a project.
Asad comes with a rich and versatile experience in the construction industry. Over the years, he has handled projects in almost all asset classes, from residential to institutional and office fit-outs; and he particularly enjoys discussions on quality and finishing.
Coming from a solid system-oriented background, Asad deeply appreciates the benefits of using technology and digital processes to ensure a firm’s smooth and effective running. At Interiors Etc., he is at the helm of our tech-adoption activities. He says adopting and adapting from the beginning is advisable rather than facing the cumbersome and painful process of changing practices later.
With over nine years of experience working with MNCs and local clients, Shaival is always energetic and enthusiastic about his work and the tasks he gets. With a never say “NO” attitude, he wins the trust and confidence of his clients, vendors, and team. His expertise lies in site management, multitasking and overall coordination. With good communication skills clubbed with an eye for details, he provides clear updates and briefings during project review meetings, which is a key quality for leadership. Shaival believes in the simple philosophy of “Avoid committing and speaking without thinking and once committed ensure delivery”. A thorough professional, Shaival oversees all of Interior Etc.’s projects in GIFT City.
